Who runs this site

Hauzpedia is an independent property guide run by a registered real estate negotiator (TBC, REN TBC, IQI Realty Sdn Bhd). It is not the official website of EXSIM Group or any developer, and is not endorsed by them. Project names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Information on this site

• Prices are indicative gross list prices taken from public and developer sources. They change by floor, unit and date, and are confirmed only in the developer's current price list.
• Sizes, layouts, facilities and completion dates are as published at the time of writing and can change. The sale and purchase agreement (SPA) is the binding document.
• Monthly instalments, stamp duty, rental and yield figures are estimates for budgeting only. They are not a loan offer, a valuation or a promise of returns.
• Project images are the developer's artist's impressions. The completed project may differ.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or financial, legal or tax advice. Check the figures with the developer, your bank and your lawyer before you commit.
